Can I change or return my item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will happily issue you an exchange for your order. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) back to us.
Exchange processing times may vary, so please allow up to 15 working days for the exchange to be made.
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons such as masks, under scarves, niqabs etc.
Customers are liable to pay the delivery costs for any kind of exchange.
